General
All natüür Med Care products are fragrance-free. Special attention has been paid to a hypoallergenic formulation for sensitive skin. Products from the Essentials line, on the other hand, are subtly fragranced.
Cosmetic products may not be tested on animals in the EU. Of course, natüür products are not tested on animals.
Our products are not certified as natural cosmetics because some ingredients—such as our proprietary neem active ingredient complex—are not listed in the various natural cosmetics standards. However, this does not mean that these ingredients are not of natural origin.
Everyone's skin is different and reacts differently to skincare products and how they work. We recommend using the skincare products consistently for at least 4 weeks, as this is the time it takes for the skin to renew itself.
No, all natüür products are cortisone-free. The use of cortisone in cosmetic products is not permitted.
All natüür products are developed and produced in Germany.
Our products are available in selected pharmacies. Feel free to ask for natüür at your trusted pharmacy.
We believe in our products and want you to feel comfortable with our solutions for individual and medical skincare.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving the goods. Please send us a message to support@natuur.de stating your order number. We will refund the full purchase price within two weeks. We will use the same payment method that was used for the purchase. You can find out exactly how this works here.
As we want to tailor our products even better to the needs of our customers, we would appreciate any suggestions for possible improvements. What didn't you like? What can we do differently? However, this is not a prerequisite for a refund of the purchase price under our satisfaction guarantee.
Of course, statutory rights regarding defects and the right of withdrawal are in no way restricted by this satisfaction guarantee.

You can sign up for our email newsletter on any page using a field in the footer. To sign up for our WhatsApp newsletter, you can use a QR code or a link at the bottom of the page. After successful registration, a 10% welcome discount awaits you.
Subscription
By choosing the subscription, you save 10% and your product is delivered automatically at the desired interval, either monthly or every 2 or 3 months. The subscription has no minimum term and can therefore be flexibly adjusted or cancelled at any time. In addition, shipping for all orders within your subscription is free!
You can cancel the subscription or adjust the delivery interval at any time. Simply contact us at support@natuur.de.
You can do this easily on our product pages. Simply click on "Subscribe and save (-10%)" and choose a delivery interval. This is possible monthly, every 2 or every 3 months. The subscription runs until you unsubscribe.
Shipping
After ordering, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can simply enter this on the DHL website and the status of your delivery will be displayed.
Normally, your order will reach you within 1-4 days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping with DHL to Germany costs €4.90, and to Austria €5.90 with Warenpost and €7.90 as a parcel. Shipping is free for orders over €40.
We ship the products you ordered with DHL GoGreen. This is a DHL initiative that sends packages and merchandise mail to you in a climate-friendly and CO2-neutral manner. There are no additional costs for you beyond the normal shipping costs.
Our products are currently only available in Germany and Austria.
Payment & Order
Yes, you can also pay with PayPal.
During the payment process, the most common credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
No, you do not need to create an account to order a product from natüür.
