Are fragrances included in the products?

All Med Care products from natüür are fragrance-free. Special attention has been paid to a hypoallergenic formulation for sensitive skin. The products from the Essentials line, however, are subtly fragranced.

Are natüür products cruelty-free?

Cosmetic products may not be tested on animals in the EU. Of course, natüür products are not tested on animals.

Why are natüür products not certified natural cosmetics?

Our products are not certified natural cosmetics because some ingredients, such as our specially developed neem active ingredient complex, are not listed in the various natural cosmetics standards. However, this does not mean that these ingredients are not of natural origin.

How long will it take until I see results?

Every skin is different and therefore reacts differently to skincare products and their effects. We recommend continuous use of the skincare products for at least 4 weeks, as this is the period in which the skin renews itself.

Do the products contain cortisone?

No, all natüür products are cortisone-free. The use of cortisone in cosmetic products is not permitted.

Where are natüür products manufactured?

All natüür products are developed and produced in Germany.

Can natüür products also be bought in stores?

Our products are available in selected pharmacies. Feel free to ask for natüür at your trusted pharmacy.

How do I claim the satisfaction guarantee?

We are confident in our products and want you to feel comfortable with our solutions for individual and medical skincare.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving the goods. Please send us a message to support@natuur.de with your order number. We will refund the full purchase price within two weeks. We will use the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

As we want to tailor our products even better to the needs of our customers, we would appreciate any suggestions for possible improvements. What didn't you like? What can we do differently? However, this is not a prerequisite for a refund of the purchase price under our satisfaction guarantee.

Naturally, your statutory rights regarding defects and the right of withdrawal are in no way limited by this satisfaction guarantee.
