Since it is important to us to continually develop our products with those affected, we are very pleased that our care cream was tested in an application test by users of the “Psoriasis Network” platform. We would especially like to thank Mr. Blaga and Ms. Liebram for the organization by the Psoriasis Network, who made the test possible. Of course, a big thank you goes to all testers.
Only through the experience of psoriasis sufferers can we learn how to improve our products. The feedback from the testers is very valuable to us and will be incorporated into the development process of future products.

About the application test

The mission of the Psoriasis Network is to enable people to manage their disease confidently and calmly. There are also product tests in which members test psoriasis-specific products and report on them.
As part of this, 24 members took part in a product test of natüür's care cream over four weeks in order to put the cream through its paces for the treatment of their psoriasis. The results were recently evaluated and published.

Results

Of the 30 volunteer testers, the responses of 24 were considered because they met study-specific requirements.

Positive effect on psoriasis

The psoriasis care cream had an itching-relieving effect in around 75% and the scaling also decreased in around 66%. In addition, 55% of testers reported an anti-inflammatory effect.

One tester reported: “I really like the cream, my skin totally absorbs it, after rubbing it in thoroughly there is really no film left. The cream is very economical, you only need very little. I really like using them on larger areas. For me, the cream does what it promises, it soothes and moisturizes my skin, so it's a great accompanying care cream. (…) I've already had care creams that burned, tingled... with the natural one, I don't notice anything, I think that's great pleasant."

 

What we can do even better

Of course, it is very exciting for us to find out which aspects of our cream we can still work on. Below is a brief overview of tips from the testers who took part in the product test on how we can further improve our care cream:

1. While many testers liked the quite liquid consistency of the cream, others wanted it to have a slightly thicker consistency.

2. The anti-inflammatory effect could be enhanced.

3. The amount of care cream (50ml) was not enough for those testers who used the cream over large areas over the 4-week test period.

4. The cap is difficult to remove.

Our solution :

In order to enable longer-lasting, large-area use of our care cream, we will also be bringing a larger version onto the market.

We will also produce a "Forte" version of our care cream, which will contain a higher concentration of neem leaf extract (which, for example, is responsible for the cream's anti-inflammatory properties). We will also make the recipe for this variant richer so that it becomes a little firmer and therefore more cream or ointment-like.

Lastly, we will do our best to work with our packaging manufacturer to find a solution to the lid so that it is easier to remove. Finding good partners with whom you can produce small quantities of high quality is very difficult. That's why we are very happy to have found a reliable company in the manufacturer of our packaging.
