How do I apply Skin Balm?

Apply a sufficient amount of ointment to the stubborn areas of skin and massage in. For the best results for your skin, we recommend using the ointment twice a day. If necessary, the ointment can of course be applied more often

What can I expect?

The Skin Balm develops a long-lasting, regenerative effect and leaves a nourishing film on the skin. After just a few applications, the skin feels noticeably smoother and more protected. Redness and itching can visibly decrease. Skincare does not work overnight: Often, the first visible improvements become noticeable after 2–4 weeks, once the skin has adapted to the new routine. This is due to the natural renewal cycle of the skin, which takes about 28 days in adults – only within this period can the effects fully manifest.

Does the Skin Balm stain?

Once the Skin Balm has been fully absorbed, it shouldn't leave any green stains on your clothes. If necessary, we recommend rubbing the balm into your skin until it’s fully absorbed, or waiting a bit after applying it before putting on your clothes. For stubborn stains, we recommend treating them as you would grass stains, for example, with a stain remover.

What is the difference between the Cream, Cream Forte, and the Skin Balm?

The Cream is our all-purpose solution for the daily basic care of sensitive, dry, or irritated skin—it absorbs quickly and moisturizes. Cream Forte is a particularly rich, specialized treatment with a higher concentration of neem extract (2.5 %) and is ideal for severely stressed, inflamed, or itchy skin areas, such as those associated with atopic dermatitis or during psoriasis flare-ups. Skin Balm is a firmer, ointment-like formulation and was developed specifically for intensive care of extremely dry, cracked, or calloused skin areas (e.g., elbows, feet, severely inflamed areas). In short: Cream = basic care, Cream forte = intensive acute care, Skin Balm = rich ointment for exceptionally stressed skin.

How long will it take before I see results?

Every person’s skin is unique. The first visible changes usually appear after 2 to 4 weeks of regular use, as the skin first needs to adjust to the new skincare routine. This is because the natural skin renewal cycle in adults lasts about 28 days; during this time, skin cells regenerate, and the skincare products can take full effect.

Do the products contain cortisone?

No, all natüür products are free of cortisone. The use of cortisone is not permitted in skincare products.

On which areas of the skin can I apply the Skin Balm?

The Skin Balm is intended for use on the entire body. To rule out any possible adverse reactions, we recommend that you perform a patch test on unaffected skin before use. To do this, apply a small amount of the balm and monitor the area for 24 hours. If you have an allergic or sensitive reaction to the balm, you should discontinue use.

Does the Skin Balm absorb quickly?

The Skin Balm has a rich, ointment-like texture that provides targeted protection and intensive care for particularly stressed or flaky areas of skin. As a result, it absorbs more slowly than a conventional cream, stays on the skin longer, and thus delivers its occlusive and emollient effects. This makes it ideal for areas affected by psoriasis where long-lasting protection is important.

Are natüür products suitable for babies or children?

Our products are not intended for babies. For children between the ages of about 5 and 10, use should only occur after consulting a doctor. If you are unsure, we recommend that you consult a doctor beforehand.

Are natüür products suitable for use while breastfeeding?

We also do not recommend our products during breastfeeding. If you have any questions, please consult your doctor or midwife before using any of our products.

Are natüür products suitable for pregnant women?
